Pickleball LEDTC - Court Management Briefing

Today I’ll be briefing you on how to manage the Pickleball LEDTC court. Please listen carefully because these rules help maintain safety,
discipline, and a good experience for all our patients and players.


1️⃣ Court Rules

First and most important are the court rules:

  • No smoking anywhere near the court.
  • No food is allowed on the court.
  • Absolutely no alcohol inside the premises.

If anyone breaks these rules, please remind them politely but firmly.


2️⃣ Equipment Handling

Next is equipment management:
Each session gets one ball only.
After the game:

  • The ball must be returned.
  • If the ball is damaged during play, we replace it free of charge.
  • If the ball is lost, the player must pay ₹200.

For rackets:

  • Check each racket before issuing.
  • Check each racket before issuing.
  • If a racket is broken or badly damaged, collect ₹1500.

Keep all equipment in the designated storage area.


3️⃣ Fee Policy

For patients, the court is free to use. They only pay a ₹100 monthly registration fee. For non-patients, the charge is ₹500 per hour, including 1 ball and up to 4 rackets.


4️⃣ Timings & Booking (Updated)
  • 6 AM – 12 Midnight.

After 9 PM, the court can be used only with prior booking.

5️⃣ Safety & Cleanliness

Before each session, check that the court is clean, dry, and safe.
Allow only 4 players at a time on the court.
Do not allow small children alone on the playing area.
Report any damage—such as to the net, flooring, or lights—immediately.


6️⃣ Behaviour & Professionalism

Always speak politely and be helpful.
Guide new players kindly.
Remember that this facility is meant for patient welfare, so maintaining a positive atmosphere is important.


7️⃣ End-of-Day Duties

At the end of the day:

  • Collect all rackets and balls
  • Switch off lights and fans
  • Lock the storage area
  • Ensure the court is secure
  • Report any issues before leaving
